Who we are

Voice Palace is an AI voice and SMS product that connects to your CRM workspace so teams can follow up with leads, book appointments, and write conversation results back to existing records. Contact: [email protected], (302) 329-3202.

Information we collect

- Account data you or your agency provide: name, email, workspace name, and billing identifiers.

- CRM data you authorize: contacts, conversation threads and messages, calendars and appointments, tags, custom fields, opportunities, location metadata, and (for agencies) location provisioning data.

- Communication content created in the product: SMS bodies, voice recordings, transcripts, call outcomes, and agent configuration.

- Usage and device data: log files, approximate location from IP, browser type, and pages viewed on this website.

- Support messages you send to us.

How we use information

- Provide voice and SMS agents, inboxes, call history, campaigns, and booking.

- Keep CRM conversations, contacts, tags, custom fields, opportunities, and appointments updated.

- Deliver messages and calls through our telephony and AI processors.

- Bill workspace credits and prevent abuse.

- Respond to support requests and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use CRM contact lists to market Voice Palace to those contacts.

SMS and voice content

Message and call content is processed to generate replies, summaries, tags, and CRM updates. You are responsible for collecting legally required consent before contacting a person by phone or SMS, including TCPA and similar rules that apply to your campaigns.

Processors

We use subprocessors to host the website and application, authenticate users, store files, process payments, send email, provide telephony, and run speech and language models. They receive only the data needed to perform that service and must protect it contractually.

Retention

We keep account, conversation, and CRM-sync records for as long as the workspace remains active and as needed for billing, security, and legal obligations. You or your agency admin can request deletion of a workspace or account by emailing [email protected].

Security

Access tokens for connected CRMs are stored encrypted. We use HTTPS in transit and restrict production access to authorized operators. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. Send requests to [email protected]. If we process data on behalf of your agency, we may direct the request to that agency as the customer.

Children

Voice Palace is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

International transfers

We may process information in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. If we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and revise the date above. Material changes may also be sent to the account email.
